1.UCLBRT will collect your personal data
When we need information that can identify you (personal information) or contact you, we
will ask for your consent. Usually, when you use UCLBRT products online services, we will
ask you to provide this information. This information is usually limited to:

2.3 Disclosures to authorized partners ("our Partners"): Some UCLBRT services are
provided by our Partners. UCLBRT may share some of your personal data with its Partners to
offer better customer service and an improved user experience. For example, when you
purchase UCLBRT products online, UCLBRT must share your personal data with logistics
providers to schedule a delivery, or arrange for Partners to provide services. Your personal
data may only be processed for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, and only the

Partners are not authorized to use shared personal data for any other

In some jurisdictions, your personal data may also be disclosed to transaction parties if
UCLBRT is involved in a reorganization, merger or insolvency and liquidation proceedings.

Under UCLBRT's terms and conditions, you can manage your personal data, such as your
account information, at any time. You should ensure that all personal data submitted is
accurate. UCLBRT will make reasonable efforts to keep your personal data accurate, complete

required to put your request in writing.

UCLBRT will delete or amend such information upon your request. To make such a request, you

may decline to process requests if we have a reasonable basis to believe that they are made
in bad faith, are impractical or if access is not otherwise required by local

4.How UCLBRT protects your personal data
UCLBRT takes personal data security seriously. We follow industry-standard practices to
safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification,
damage or loss. We take all reasonably practicable steps to protect your personal data. For
example, we use encryption to ensure data confidentiality; we use trusted protection
mechanisms to protect data from malicious attacks; we deploy visit control mechanisms to
ensure only authorized personnel can access personal data; and we raise awareness among
employees about the importance of protecting personal data through security and privacy
protection training sessions.
We take all reasonably practicable steps to only collect relevant personal data. We only

5.How UCLBRT handles the personal data of children
Our products, websites and services are primarily intended for adults. Children are not
allowed to create their own user account without the consent of parents or guardians. Where
a child's personal data is collected with parental consent, we will only use or disclose
this data if the law permits it, if explicit permission is given by parents or guardians or
if it is necessary to protect the child. Although the definition of a child may vary
according to local laws and customs, we consider any person under the age of 13 years to be
a child.
If UCLBRT learns that it has collected a child's personal data without first obtaining
verifiable parental consent, it will take steps to delete the data within the shortest
possible delay
6.Location-based services
When you access certain location-based services, for example, push service and location
service, UCLBRT may collect, use and process your device's precise or fuzzy location. This
is necessary for UCLBRT to provide the aforementioned services. UCLBRT may collect your
device identification numbers (IMEI, ESN, MEID, and SN), device type, model and real-time
location data (obtained through GPS, Wi-Fi and your service provider's network ID). UCLBRT
collects location data to provide and improve its location-based products and
services.
We may ask you which applications you want location-based services to be enabled for. You
can choose not to share your location data by turning off location-based services on your
devices. For detailed information on how to disable location-based services, please contact
your network operator.
7.Uses Cookies
To ensure that our websites function properly, we sometimes store small data files known
as cookies on computers or mobile devices. A cookie is a simple text file that is stored on
your computer or mobile device by a web server. Only the server that creates the cookie can
retrieve or read the cookie's contents. Each cookie is unique to your web browser or mobile
application. Cookies usually contain an identifier, the site name and some numbers and
characters. Cookies allow websites to store data, such as your user preferences or the
contents of your shopping basket.
Most large websites or Internet service providers enable cookies in order to improve their
user experience. Cookies allow websites to remember users, either for a single visit (using
a session cookie) or for repeated visits (using a persistent cookie). Cookies allow websites

computers or mobile devices. This means that user preferences do not need to be

UCLBRT does not use cookies for any purposes other than those specified in this Policy.

8.Face ID verification
UCLBRT also accesses Baidu's face recognition SDK to provide face ID verification to
ensure that the only user gets the electronic key. You can turn on or off the face
recognition function in the QR Master APP. Your facial features are saved by the carrier
(such as a mobile phone or other smart handheld terminal device) and its system when you
enter your face. UCLBRT will not save you Fingerprint features and facial
features.
9. Account Cancellation
You can log out of the QR Master account through the corresponding process on the client.
The search path is as follows: "User-General Settings-Account Logout. The operator of UCLBRT
promises not to set unreasonable obstacles in the user logout process, and does not make
additional requirements for users who request logout; After the user clicks to cancel the
account and passes the QR Master account verification is correct, the QR Master account can
be cancelled immediately; after the user account is cancelled, their personal information
will be deleted or anonymized in time. Because of the legal requirements, personal
information will not be kept again. It is used in daily business activities.
Your cancellation of your account is irreversible. After your account is cancelled, the
operator of UCLBRT will not display your personal information and deleted information in the
platform interface. At the same time, you will not be able to obtain it through the

account-related information, we will save the information until the statutory period expires

Appendix2. Disclaimers
1. The user agrees to compensate UCLBRT for any claim, demand or loss claimed by any third
party, including reasonable attorney fees, caused or incurred by the user's violation of the
provisions of this policy or relevant service terms, and protect it from
damage.
2. UCLBRT and cooperative units shall not be liable for all losses suffered by users due
to communication line failure, technical problems, network, computer failure, system
instability and other force majeure reasons of third parties, such as telecommunications
departments.
3. If the normal operation of the service is affected by irresistible events such as
technical faults, UCLBRT and the cooperative unit promise to cooperate with relevant units
in the first time and deal with and repair them in time. However, UCLBRT and the cooperative
unit will not be responsible for all losses suffered by users.
4. Like most Internet services, this policy is affected by differences in factors
including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment and
so on, and may be disturbed by various security problems, such as harassment in real life
caused by others using user data; Other software downloaded and installed by users or other
websites visited by users contain viruses such as "Trojan horse", which threaten the
